A hyperlocal content series that explores a city through a local’s lens and craft, punctuated with insider recommendations.
These personal, culture-first guides capture the essence of the city and it’s culture.
Marrakesh is where chaos and calm live side by side.
Beyond bustling souks and squares, hidden behind unassuming doors and towering walls, are pockets of calm: hammams, riads, tea houses and gardens.
We bought to life the juxtaposed sides of Marrakesh, guided around the city by artist and maker, Laurence Leenaert.
Our three narrative pillars – calm, chaos, and culture – spoke to the different sides of Marrakech’s dynamic spirit.

The series consists of film and photography that lives across YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Expedia’s Magazine, where viewers can shop the show via the editorial feature.
